Our new pad driver is made of solid rigid plastic. It has a
"Mighty Face" pad gripper; which is held in place with an adhesive backing, plus
pop rivets. The "Mighty Face", along with the center lock, will hold the pad in
place. You will have to pull the pad off using a new pad; once the pad is turned
over the "Mighty Face" pad gripper and center lock will keep the pad from moving
on the pad driver. The spin-on flange is bolted to a "rubber biscuit"; which in turn is
bolted to the pad driver. This gives the pad driver some flexibility of
movement. The four slots in the pad driver let air flow through, so that it does
not create a vacuum. The pad drivers are balanced to eliminate any vibration;
unless the pad is not on evenly. This new Pad Driver comes standard on all our
Propane Buffers.

We have redesigned our Special
Blend Floor Pad to work with this new pad Driver. Our new Special Blend Floor
Pad is made of a different fiber; which, is grayish white in color and a "tad"
more aggressive, with more hair.
